Choose a Style that Suits You
As much as love girls who can cut their hair super short and look super cute, it’s not in my genes to do it, too. I have a big frame and am by no means a pixie. This means I can’t work a pixie cut as well as Wynonna Ryder can. I’d do best to stick with longer styles and hair that does a better job balancing out the rest of me.

When you give your hair an extra day, it accumulates oils and such through the length of the hair. If you wash it before pulling it up, you’re going to likely have a slippery bunch. Having your hair a bit dirty actually helps it to stick better when you’re pulling it up.
